Peach Jello Salad

1 lg. or 2 small peach Jello

1 lg. cottage cheese (small curd)

1 can crushed pineapples, well drained

Cool Whip (amount is optional)

Directions:

Mix Jello with cottage cheese, pour in a well drained pineapples and mix with Cool Whip. Chill a few hours, then serve.

Mitch’s Jello Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 Angle Food Cake, sliced up

1 pk. of your favorite Jello, slightly jelled

1 small or lg. container of Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Place slices of cake in dish. Pour Jello over cake; (slightly thickened, but not too thin so Jello somewhat gets into cake, but not to go to bottom of cake).

Let chill. Spread Cool Whip on cake.

For a professional appearance serve on a white saucer, with strawberry slice on top and two strawberries on the side.
