Ingredients:

1/3 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. coconut
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 c. Quaker Natural Cereal
1/2 c. nuts and
½ c. raisins (optional)

Granola Bread – Super Chef Bread Maker Recipe

INGREDIENTS;

SMALL LOAF (1 Pound)

¾ cup + 1 Tbsp. Water

1 Tbsp. Butter or margarine

1-1/3 cups All-Purpose or bread flour

1 cup Granola

½ tsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Quick-rise or bread machine yeast

1/3 cup Toasted, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds or raisins (Optional)

MEDIUM LOAF (1-½ Pounds)

1 cup + 1 Tbsp. Water

1 ½ Tbsp. Butter or margarine

2 cups All-Purpose or bread flour

1½ cups Granola

¾ tsp. Salt

1½ Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1½ tsp. Quick-rise or bread machine yeast

½ cup Toasted, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds or raisins (Optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients except raisins and nuts in the pan in the above order.
  2. Place pan in machine.
  3. Select #8 for small or medium loaves.
  4. If delay option is desired, press ↑ to set timer.
  5. Press START. Bread will be done in the number of hours indicated.

NOTE: A fruit and nut beep sounds about 32 minutes into the cycle.
