Corn Pudding with Cheddar

Ingredients

1 Stick Butter

1 Cup Diced Onion

1 tsp Minced Garlic

4 Eggs

4 Cups Fresh or Frozen Corn

1 Cup Cream

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

2 Tbs Corn Meal

2 Tbs Sugar (Optional)

1 Tbs Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

INGREDIENTS:

10 oz. can crushed pineapples

1 small pkg. Vanilla or Banana pudding (dry)

1 cup or more of Cool Whip.

1 Angle Food Cake (sliced evenly across cake twice.)

6-8 med strawberries (for topping)

INGREDIENTS:

Graham Crackers

Large box instant Vanilla Pudding

3 cups milk

9 oz. Cool Whip

1 can chocolate icing

Momma’s Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

1 16oz. can whole corn

1 16.oz can creamed corn

3 tbsp. sugar

2 eggs

1/4 lb. butter or Oleo

1 casserole dish, buttered

Directions:

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Pour in a buttered casserole dish, then slice butter on top.

Bake @ 350°F until set.

Note: Doubles well.

June’s Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

1 can corn w/juice

1 can creamed corn

1 stick of butter or margarine, melted

8 oz. of sour cream

2 eggs, beaten

1 small box of Jiffy

1 tbsp. sugar

2 qt. casserole

DIRECTIONS:

Mix and bake @ 350°F for 1 hour.

NOTE: Oven and altitude may vary, so adjust baking time accordingly.
