Pineapple Angle Food Cake

INGREDIENTS:

10 oz. can crushed pineapples

1 small pkg. Vanilla or Banana pudding (dry)

1 cup or more of Cool Whip.

1 Angle Food Cake (sliced evenly across cake twice.)

6-8 med strawberries (for topping)

INGREDIENTS:

Graham Crackers

Large box instant Vanilla Pudding

3 cups milk

9 oz. Cool Whip

1 can chocolate icing

Mitch’s Jello Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 Angle Food Cake, sliced up

1 pk. of your favorite Jello, slightly jelled

1 small or lg. container of Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Place slices of cake in dish. Pour Jello over cake; (slightly thickened, but not too thin so Jello somewhat gets into cake, but not to go to bottom of cake).

Let chill. Spread Cool Whip on cake.

For a professional appearance serve on a white saucer, with strawberry slice on top and two strawberries on the side.

Joan’s Dreamscile Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 lg. can of Mandarin Oranges

1 small Orange Jello (sugar free)

10 oz. Cool Whip (sugar free)

2 cups Orange Sherbet, melted

1 Angle food cake, cut up in pieces

DIRECTIONS:

Use juice from can of Mandarin Oranges and water to make 1 cup of liquid. Bring juice mixture to a boil. Mix in Jello to juice mixture, then add the oranges. Add Sherbet and mix well; chill for 5-10 minutes, then add cool whip by spreading over cake.

Keep Refrigerated.
