Oat Bran Smoothie

1 cup ice cube
1 cup skim milk
1 banana, sliced (or 1 cup any fruit fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup oat bran, uncooked
2 teaspoons sugar
dash of cinnamon

 

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Should be smooth and thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
