Chocolate Pound Cake – Super Chef Bread Maker Recipe


3/4 cup Soft margarine

1-1/2 cups Sugar

2 large Eggs

1-1/4 cups Milk

2 cups All-Purpose flour

1/3 cup Unsweetened coca powder

1-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Baking soda

1/4 tsp Salt

1.tsp Vanilla


  1. In a large bowl whisk the first 3 ingredients until very smooth.
  2. Whisk in remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. Spray pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  4. Pour into pan and put pan in machine.
  5. Select #10 setting and press START.
  6. At end of cycle remove from machine and cool in pan 10 minutes.
  7. Remove and cool completely before cutting.
  8. Frost with Chocolate Glaze, if desired.
